When I received the product there was some physical damage to the finish, this was noted with the shipping crew and West Coast had the shippers pick up the safe and within a few days I received a new safe that arrived unscathed. After shopping around I chose West Coast safes. I had read the glowing testimonials and found their prices to be well over a thousand dollars cheaper then local dealers in my area. I was also impressed by the way they were able to answer questions and the guidance they gave me. The delivery was smooth and the people who installed my safe were first rate. What really impressed me was when the next day my electronic lock failed and I was unable to open the safe. Anyone can be great when you first buy something but when you have a problem the true nature of a CO really comes out. Well let me say that if I was initially impressed the after sale service swas even better than I would have thought. West coast safes jumped on the problem and within a few days were at my house installing an entire new lock after opening the safe with skill and professionalism. Throughout the process of getting my safe repaired they were extremely helpful and made any concerns I had disappear. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fair price and professional courteous treatment. They are a 10 on a 10 scale.

We purchased a Liberty Safe from your company in May of this year (2010) after having a car fire in our driveway. I wanted to write you and share a few comments about your installation and the safe. I have spent almost 6 months researching safes on-line and in person. I have visited gun shows, stores and web sites. After all the research and understanding the difference between a safe designed for fire protection and against
theft and a metal cabinet that is sold in big box stores we settled on a Lincoln 25 model. We think it is a beautiful safe and best value for the money. We were very impressed with 2007 wild fire story on their web site having lived through it as well. The safe looks like a safe should look, it is sturdy, doors operate smoothly, lights turn on and it is clean and well made inside. Excellent purchase is all I can say. In addition to the safe, however, if anybody is looking to buy a safe they
would be hard pressed to find a better retailer then West Coast Safes. Your prices were the best in 150 mile radius. Your crew delivered the safe on-time even though it was almost an 80 mile drive, calling before they arrived. Once they got here they installed the safe perfectly and bolted it to our concrete slab without any problems, adjusted the doors, installed the lights and dehumidifier and made sure that we knew how to operate it. I wanted a top quality gun safe. West Coast had the best prices, and the delivery charge was unbelievably fair! As I researched my purchase, Steve and his son never grew tired of my questions and ALWAYS returned my phone calls and emails promptly. They promised to deliver between 8-9AM and at 8:50, my doorbell rang. What a job getting it into the house and where I wanted it. (weighs 3500 lbs and the room it was going in was small) They did a terrific job. No damage, no issues, no "attitude". Its very hard to find an old fashioned, genuinely friendly family operated business who can compete with the "big guys". West Coast went above and beyond. All the options ordered were as I asked for, right down to some extra keys and touch up paint.
