Fire protection is a 2.5 hour fire rated door and heat-expanding Palusol door seal protects from smoke and heat includes 4 layers of fire board in the door and Palusol Heat Expanding V-Seal to keep out smoke and heat. The Liberty VD8240 vault door has an inside door release and panic room lock lever included with every vault door built. This inside release not only is a great vault door feature, but also allows the vault door to be used for a panic room or storm shelter. Choose your finish, from the base textured black or a multitude of gloss finishes all with five point handles.
