Rhino Metals SAFEX locking system

SAFEX Introduction

SAFEX is a locking mechanism developed by Rhino Metals. To understand what SAFEX® is, you first need to understand what makes SAFEX® different. For example traditional flat military-type and round locking bars rely solely on the integrity of the outer frame to secure the door. As you can see in the images below, when the body of the safe can be pried away from the door, standard bars and bolts are rendered useless.

SAFEX is a locking mechanism developed by Rhino Metals.

SAFEX® is the next generation of safe security systems. Designed with a revolutionary locking system that interlocks the safe door to the body without traditional bars or bolts. The resulting interlock system makes all the difference.  More secure mechanisms have been in demand as more people are locking their valuables up, Rhino Metals engineered a solution: an innovative locking system that interlocks the safe door to the body without traditional bars or bolts. Most importantly the resulting interlock system makes all the difference in a pry attack.
