We purchased a Liberty Safe from your company in May of this year (2010) after having a car fire in our driveway. I wanted to write you and share a few comments about your installation and the safe. I have spent almost 6 months researching safes on-line and in person. I have visited gun shows, stores and web sites. After all the research and understanding the difference between a safe designed for fire protection and against theft and a metal cabinet that is sold in big box stores we settled on a Lincoln 25 model. We think it is a beautiful safe and best value for the money. We were very impressed with 2007 wild fire story on their web site having lived through it as well. The safe looks like a safe should look, it is sturdy, doors operate smoothly, lights turn on and it is clean and well made inside. Excellent purchase is all I can say. In addition to the safe, however, if anybody is looking to buy a safe they would be hard pressed to find a better retailer then West Coast Safes. Your prices were the best in 150 mile radius. Your crew delivered the safe on-time even though it was almost an 80 mile drive, calling before they arrived. Once they got here they installed the safe perfectly and bolted it to our concrete slab without any problems, adjusted the doors, installed the lights and dehumidifier and made sure that we knew how to operate it. Kudos to you and your company.

Phenomenal Safe and even better customer service throughout the entire process. I purchased a Liberty Lincoln 25 which is absolutely beautiful. These guys saved me over $200 in shipping costs- cheaper than ordering directly from Liberty. They had opportunities to just make a quick sale from their showroom but listened to exactly what I wanted and even provided me with pictures of the items they had on their floor that was similar to what I wanted (I am located about an 1.5 hours away). This is my second Liberty safe. I started with the Revolution 3 years ago when I first acquired my first 2 firearms. I remember like yesterday that the salesperson at West Coast Safes told me I would at some point outgrow it. He was right. My wife hopes that this will be the last safe we need, LOL!! I purchased a Lincoln 25 safe and the quality inside and out is perfect. The fit and finish of the body of the safe, as well as the interior and shelving is very nice. The door panel storage, jewelry drawer and the interior lighting are functional and add to the utility of the safe. I expect the I paid a little more than I would have for some of the other brands that are sold at Costco and the big box retailers, but after examining both, I think any extra cost was worth it. I particularly liked the fact that it was made in the USA. Knowing that the company provides jobs for Americans, and it was made by Americans, makes any extra cost worth it to me. I feel more confident that the materials and workmanship meet the stated standards than if it was manufactured outside the USA.

I live in San Diego, between Marine Corp Air Station and Camp Pendleton. So, its pretty safe compared to other parts
of California. The biggest threat around here are fires. The government in California is so incompetent, nobody can
tell if all the fires in the state because our government is to stupid to manage land and water, or they are starting the
fires in order to steal Federal Emergency money. I figure its just a matter of time before they try to burn down San Diego.
Looking for a fire safe that is big enough to hold all the stuff I would not want to have to replace is not possible with
Home Depot or Lowes, or any local retailer. Luckily, I found a retailer about 100 miles away willing to deliver.

I went to West Coast Safes in Ontario Ca to pick out a Gun Safe and I knew I wanted an American Made Safe. One that not was not only a gun safe but also had great fire and security protection. I was originally between the Rhino metals CIWD and the Liberty Franklin as they are similar in ratings and size. But once i spent some time with the knowledgable staff they they pointed out what each one provided and they showed me the Lincoln since I wanted to add a dehumidifier and lighting. Comparing them side by side by side I realized the Lincoln was hands down the better value with better protection (you pay a little more but get a lot more). I got the Lincoln 25 in Textured Bronze with Black Chrome Hardware. It fits in perfectly with our home and the build quality is amazing. It looks so good inside and out its a shame it stays closed. I love having the piece of mind of knowing I own a high quality American Safe that will protect my items from smash and grab thieves and fire for atleast a reasonable amount of time. If you are in SoCal I can’t recommend West Coast Safes enough. They are knowledgable, helpful and professional. The entire process for selecting the Safe, Purchase and Delivery (by SteveO and John) far exceeded my expectations.
